Our STORY

Born and raised on the island of Maui, we’re a Hawai‘i family rooted in Filipino and Caucasian heritage—now living on the 9th island and sharing the flavors we grew up with in a taco shell.

When we chose to homeschool our hapa haole Filipino son, we told him he could be anything he wanted. He looked at his dad—who always talked about starting a food truck or restaurant—and said:

“But you don’t have a food truck or a restaurant.”

That one call-out lit the fire.

We launched this food truck to walk our talk, live with intention, and show our son what it means to follow through. Keeping the Hawai'i spirit alive, serving food with tacos and aloha — no matter where we are.
